I had an issue come up, and to be honest I was expecting the usual back-and-forth, you know how it goes. But they owned the mistake quickly and got it sorted out. I was kind of still thinking about how annoying the problem had been, then suddenly it was fixed, so yeah, credit where it’s due.

I did get some creative ideas that were useful, and overall the help was decent. That said, the replies were a bit slow at times, which made the process feel less smooth than I hoped. Good potential, but the communication could be better.

I got my book order last week, and I have to admit, the print quality was better than I expected.
